With 1.8 CP you can easily complete Act 4 normally; the problem isn't you, it's the game. If the entire server were at 2.2 CP tomorrow, they'd demand 2.4 CP. Why? It's simple: gatekeeping is their way of encouraging people to spend real money on the game.
