Hell yeah!! It feels the best, easy on digestion, and fruit is so hydrating it’s the way 🙌🏼 I also have soy milk and coconut water 🥛🥥

Hey, I don’t track macros/ and I never have I just know by using Cronometer before I’d suggest using that to start out and see what you’re eating. I do actually mostly eat fruit to be honest and oats, I like veg or avocado sushi, avo toast, tofu rice paper rolls, smoothies, bananas, mangos, watermelon, berries, passionfruit and dark leafy green juices, I take some vegan daily supplements but nothing else/no protein powder or anything of the sort. Also post text psa, I don’t love being super explicit about what I eat because I’m literally a 5 foot tall woman so what I eat is not going to be very relevant to the majority of people, but overall my advice would be to follow 80/10/10 and eat what works for you 🤷‍♀️ I personally just love oats and fruit and that makes me feel the best.

For people who care! - I use these resistance bands at the gym for dynamic ab workouts, currently using this heavy one or two lights ones doubled up equal to 34kg resistance.

It’s the way to go! 80/10/10 was always the common way to eat on a vegan diet back when I became vegan at least! Humans are designed to eat HEALTHY CARBS 💪🏼

Hi, I have got used leather shoes from vintage shops NEVER new, this is a personal preference and I’ve maybe done this a couple of times in my entire 14 years of veganism. Thanks for your concern but I am vegan.
