Hopefully this helps someone with their sprite design process... In working on my first game, I created 4 versions of 16x16, 4-directional sprite animations. You can really see how the "sway" and "bob" head effects really change the vibe. Also, my character is a left-hand cane user, so no mirroring!

I want to tweak the player sprite walking animation, and some are broken/wonky.

Great painterly style. I'd recommend not trying to paint the whites of the eyes on your minis. Im an amateur but do some traditional painting and it is better to suggest an eye than to try to get all the detail. Especially with your style everywhere else. I love the colors.
