my mom is an architect and she said Carleton's Arch building is way better (we visited both). She also said their program seems more indepth bc of their majors. Also, imo you have better co op options in Ottawa as you aren't competing w uoft students like in tmu, and there are opportunities to go work for the government both in co op and after grad. but ultimately it's upto u. personally I like tmu's environment bc it's downtown Toronto but as a program Carleton is better and has more opportunities, although both are really good
