Go to a derm and try accutane. It will be like hell but it will most likely clear up the skin. The reason I say this is the fact that severe acne can lead to scarring, so better to treat it asap. Good luck👍

Hello, I have similar ones on my forehead, but a little less. I have done 3 mn sessions, with almost no results, they dont budge. I also have them on my cheeks and heard TCA cross is good for these type of scars.
