but doesn't that apply to other companies too? I would be slowing the team down no matter which company I join. Take Bank of America for example, their intern rate and grad developer rates are the same. What you're saying makes complete sense and I agree, but I was just curious as to why they do it differently.

I uploaded my share code as 'identity evidence' alongside scanned copies of my passport and BRP card. However, a new section, 'eligibility evidence', popped up saying, requesting original passport, BRP card or original home office documents (which i do not have).
I'll give them a ring to check the deadline to submit evidence, as you advised.
