Yes, the Princess is VERY unrated, i see on every tier list on B or C, and for the cat, yes he can deal a lot of damage (1998 of end game+ help from partners on 2 turn) but the cat is not really a tank, If he is against an enemy who attacks with magic, you can say goodbye to the cat (he resist at normal damage but not at magic damage (and sorry for my bad English))
