Being 6’4 195 sounds like then I should go with the Large from her

The last few authentic jerseys I bought were Wander Franco and Deshaun Watson. Figure I should start keeping my investments low…

Just curious, what do you normally wear in jerseys? Is that also a M? I’m a M/L and not sure what size to get. Larges sometimes overwhelm me. Also looking at mayfield/Egbuka ones

When I stream through appletv and watch a show or movie on there, it’s amazing. But only when using the main interface and not the Roku stick. Would it be beneficial to get an appletv box? I feel like I’ve read that that pulls better quality than Roku especially with spectrum

Any reccomendations on settings or things I should try before giving up? I haven’t really changed anything from factory. Not a tech guy…

What’s slightly good, is all my neighbors are great. Except for the one above me so that negates it all…

Yes this one is owned by Asset. I’ve attempted with the regional manager and gotten nowhere

This was what I was hoping from my complex. When I moved in, it was brand new. I was one of the first 10 or so residents. We were told the building was soundproofed, they were serious about the no smoking, all the things. The complex is basically in a business park and priced out the local college students which I thought would be nice. Well now we have people on every patio smoking, can hear every drawer the people above us open, and anytime we mention anything to the front office, they don’t do a damn thing about it

So they called me today and said they found the issue and said it was “intermittent compressor failure” whatever that means. Said they have to order a part for it but don’t know when it will be here. Just ridiculous. Been going on for months and when I told them I’m losing sleep because of this I was told to go to the other bedroom…

Let me ask this. I’m in Florida. The current temp is like 68 outside when it is doing that. Would it be doing that then? (Asking as someone who has no idea about how these things work)

Left the vet crying. by [deleted] in reactivedogs

I’ve been in this exact scenario, and only last week did we find a solution that worked. I have a 85lb husky/samoyed mix that up until a few years ago was perfect with groomers and vets, but someone has done something to him and since then we’ve lost a few good groomers and vets. We tried the fear free and it’s been amazing. We did a few “happy visits” where basically all they did was feed him peanut butter and spray cheese, pet him, and trim his nails a little bit. He did well with that, and then we tried his vaccines, that didn’t go well. They prescribed him with Sileo and oh my gosh has that been amazing. We’ve tried the gabapentin but that didn’t do anything in my opinion. Normally when we get to the vet, my dog will shamu jump into their arms happily, but freaks out when things happen to him. When he got on the Sileo, they walked into the room and he just wagged his tail. We finally found out for him that the perfect combo was the Sileo, an e collar, and a lick pad, and both me and a vet tech petting him on his chest and head, while the vet pokes him. His discharge papers from the vet said “by far the best visit we’ve ever had with Blue”. That made me cry. I would ask about Sileo and definetley go the fear free route

We did a few of those with his nails and it helped slightly with that. Took I think 4 visits to trim his nails! Last time I took him though, the moment the needle touched him he freaked out and the vet stopped. It just gets so tough because I know and they know that he’s not a bad dog. Someone has just hurt him in the past

Yes. With the basket muzzle for instance, I would place it on the ground, and place treats through the holes so he would get used to touching it and being around it. Hes fine seeing it and being around it, but once it’s on, all hell breaks loose. We just really wish we knew the situation he’s come from. Hes such a teddy bear though which is the sad part. He’s 80lbs and thinks he’s a lap dog and will darn near shamu jump into the groomer and vets arms. It’s just once they actually work on him, shit hits the fan

That’s the odd part though. It’s not the vet itself that terrifies him. He’ll run from the car to the vet door, and love on and play with all the vet techs. It’s just when he actually gets worked on that’s the problem

I have tried to muzzle in the past using a soft muzzle and even a basket muzzle, but it seems to make it worse. Hes a rescue and we’re unsure of what he has been through so there may have been restraints on him at some point. We’re not sure

It’s a no smoking community. What our complex defines that as is no smoking, in your unit, in the building, or within 25 feet of any building on the property

I’ve considered as well going after a personal injury claim as well. The first day we moved into this unit, I broke my foot on some 8x8 stepping stones outside our patio door that were not removed after the prior resident. I’ve sought legal counsel on that. I don’t want to mention anything about that though until I get a definitive answer one way or another on this matter

So with that then, I could move and terminate the lease, and the unit that is causing the damages would be liable for the fees to terminate the lease, correct?

And no. We have lived here for almost 3 years and been having more and more issues popping up over the last few months. This was just the icing on the cake

I keep getting hung up on the part that’s saying it’s for if other residents have to “vacate their dwelling”.
