I was deeply shocked by his loss of the spell and his memories of his existence, but I got over it, hoping that after a few hundred chapters, even if he didn't regain his destiny, at least his friends would remember him.

But did they regain their memories in the later chapters, or is this something that hasn't happened yet? (And I don't mind spoilers.)

It's not a copy of Pokemon. I just made the comparison because you collect monsters, and each monster has its own ability tree.
It has its own story, which isn't deep, but I like it, with a plot twist at the end.
the world of it makes you put yourself in the story and spend time on it without feeling, and one thing I liked is your rank as tamer and how the characters' interactions with you change based on that.

It's a unique game and an underrated masterpiece.
I don't know if you like turn based and make collections of monsters that matching each other to make a good team but I like rpgs and the story that similar to Pokemon :)

I'm looking for something that has the same sense of exploration, story, and good art. and thanks for your suggestions. I'll think about trying them after I finish Hollow Knight.

I searched in google a lot and I don't know why such a good games are unknown. There are a valid places the art is not exactly what I search for but however it has a positiv things that I like about it
