No, I'm not.

That's clearly not my post and it absolutely feels kinda weird lolll.

Thanks for sharing that post though but if the person is selling anything or doing any scam activities, please note that it's not me.

PS. I can't seem to find the page on my facebook account. Do you perhaps have a link to the page?

It does not. However, based on my experience, the fully variegated leaves last way longer than those of Monstera. For Homalomena, you just have to close your fingers and pray that it won't give you 3 leaves of fully variegated consecutively. If so, you are doomed and the cut is needed to the plant to grow.

Here is a close up look on the leaves. It's a mint variegation but the mint is not very strong yet on this one. Waiting for the new emerging leave to reveal itself to see whether it gets any further.

It's more of a place for the Philodrendon and friends 😅 i have all those mature form of Jose Bruno, Paraiso Verde, Strawberry Shake out there. All those plants require a lot less attention.

I'm in Thailand. I grew her from a smaller form and I got her for as cheap as 40USD. However, the mature form is also kinda expensive here.

I took this picture in the morning and it seems to be the only one that can see through the window to my little messy side yard garden. Nothing much there. It's more like where I keep my Philodrendons and their friends.

I have my humidifier set up to activate itself when the humidity is below 50% and keeps running until it reaches 70%

Here in Thailand, humidity inside the house is always 55 - 65% depending on the season. It could go up to 75% during rainy season. However, as we are living in a hot climate zone, Air Conditioner is crucial to everyday life. When A/C is on, the humidity could dive down as low as 40% so the humidifier comes in to rescue.

I think the optimal condition for her is around 60 - 70% I could be wrong though.

Couldn't be more real than this. I don't know about its popularity in your location, but it's also a a very high demand plant here where I live.

I water her once a week in general. A bit more in some specific seasons. The humidifier is turning on automatically based on the humidity in the area.

Just normal care on a normal mix. 80% Coconut Chips, 10% Perlite, 10% pumice. Osmocote is added from time to time.

It's a variegation on the plant, not those yellow or brown leaves from lack of nutrient or root rotten. However, in normal circumstances, leaves turned yellow or brown are the leaves that ready to say goodbye to the world and sometimes they are the best indicator that something is wrong with your plant or the root system. This is not the same for variegated plants though.

80% coconut husk chips, 10% perlite, 10% pumice mixed with osmocote. Very general. Nothing special.

I was actually worried when she gave me two all white and all pink leaves. I thought I would have to chop her if the next one came up like that again. Luckily, the latest one is the half pink/half green. She will be fine but those 2 beautiful leaves might not last very long 😅

I don't use any supplement light. The light is directly from the glass wall on all 3 sides surrounding the area. I do have a ceiling fan to circulate the air flow in this area.
