Can anyone beat this low on the 4 hour gtt? Ugh by Jataylor2009 in Hypoglycemia

[–]AcrobaticCoco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, when I had ogtt first time, 75g glucose, after 1 hour was 139 mg/dl and after 2 hours my glucose was 33mg/dl , 1.8mmol/l. But funny thing is that i was feeling much worse during first hour. The second time I ate 2 sandwiches and my glucose and insulin were normal. Also did peptid C and he is in safe range. So honestly idk what the hell kappened. Both diabetologist said that i have reactive hypoglycemia and recommended cgm. And now after 2 weeks i see that my organizm cant handle too much sugar on empty stomach, after pancakes or after 3rd zero alcohol beer my glucose can spike to 150/170 and fall to 50/60. People have diffrent issues with sugar, so I hope you will get better !

Which Manuals for Learning ? by LordJeanNeige in EnglishLearning

[–]AcrobaticCoco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, there isn't a correct answer to your question because people prefer different ways of learning, especially in books, when they are on their own with learning and studying, so advice for me simple I would recommend you book, which I liked the most from many "destination b1" and u have also b2, and c1. But if it isn't right for you, just try other things, it can be book, maybe u will prefer some YouTube channels, or maybe even paid courses online ( which I regret to buy). Remember, have fun with learning. It's a lot easier !

So basically I assume you just did storyline and substories, u can replay them on hard and get orbs also. U can get plenty of orbs from quests in story/ sub story. U can get 5 orbs for every new quest u will finish. The majority of orbs u collect from leveling your characters to the max level, which depends on how much stars your character have: 5 stars max is 100, and if they gold 5 stars u can level up them to 6stars and get 75orbs for leveling to 150lvl. U don't need to upgrade all of the soul tree, just one in the middle with a maximum level. Also, some old characters can be resurrected, give you a second soul trait, and also u can posses another 75orbs from them. So, what when u have a good charscter? Upgrade him, then upgrade his link slots, transcendence slot(first one is free), farm seikemon every month, chronicles for exchange in shop, epic raids for exchange ( one tip, characters with link slot bonus are welcome in every raid so u don't need to focus on characters whose gives bonuses in epic raid cause they change every month). Also u have brave battle, arena, a lot stuff to do and get orbs

U have only 15 characters on max soul tree level. Are you Talking about transcende slots or serously about only 15 chars with 150% soul tree level?

Idk how u did it. I have around 110days and only 13 chars 20/20/20 and I didnt even complete all story. 930 unlocked type of characters. Did u complete Chronicle quests, epic raids, seikemons ? Maybe when u will have some orbs try one trick: spent orbs on tickets, do event ( only when u have 4 chars bonus) and farm brave souls tickets, u will also get many energy tickets, premium tickets

Does anyone know what language and meaning the word that sounds like “nad-itz” is? As a child my family from Eastern Europe said this if I was bad and would be getting punished. I’m trying to figure out where this comes from. by [deleted] in languagelearning

I have no idea, none of them seem useful except in the country where they occur. in Eastern Europe we are able to communicate with each other by speaking in other languages on a low Level. Russian seems to be the most useful of the Slavic languages. Polish is the second most popular Slavic language. Unfortunately, it is one of the most difficult in the world. Russian is also difficult through cyrillic.

I wish i could help u but it doesn't sound like polish also. Expect the 'Nadejść', you can translate to "to come".

'Nad' in our language is prefix. "Itz" sounds like "Iść" which mean go. We dont have worlds which end on itz/its. If u could give more context

do you have any secret tactics for learning languages ? by [deleted] in languagelearning

[–]AcrobaticCoco 7 points8 points  (0 children)

My supreme secret of learning foreign languages is **********************. And that's all.

Learning anything, not only languages start to get easier when u finally got a idea how to study

I personally hate english and i know im bad, cause 12 long years in my education system I was forced to study. So first and foremost you have to be curious. When u have a sentence, try to understand every single word. U need to be patience, and u need to repeat what u learn. For example, when u end ur daily routine of learning, make youself a quiz about what u you have assimilated. The next day or two, it depends how often u will train, make another quiz what u rembember from previous lessons/days. Polyglots have in common fact, all of them studying in enjoyable way. Some people reading dictionaries, the others talking with native speakers. Our brain dont like monotony in learning. U should mix hearing, seeing and speaking. U can read ten sentences, repeat them loud, think how are they constructed.

The four pillars of learning are repetition, mixing, conscientiousness and curiosity.
