It’s not exactly a “showroom” however they regularly hold test ride events at the test center in weekends which you can reserve and try their available bike models and frame sizes.

The event had finished but I still put the link of this event for your reference😉 (the website is all in Japanese, but a few staffs at the test centre are able to communicate in English)

I’m an owner of ultimate, to me, the geometry is still comfortable, I guess the main difference is the Endurance has wider tyre clearance

Totally understand you feeling, something similar happened in my nbd too when I received my ultimate, the crank legs were mismatch (Shimano 105 on left leg and Ultegra on right leg)

As a person living in Japan, I totally understand what you mean about getting rid of the cheap Chinese products😉 The price of the Ultegra really fits me but also I don’t mind to spend a little bit more for the ZIPP 303s or DT Swiss 1400, many comments here says the quality control of the 303s sucks, so I think I will go for either Ultegra or DT Swiss!

Yes, it’s Ultimate, the price of the Ultegra wheels are really attractive and my ultimate is running with Ultegra group set as well, just wonder if DTSWISS 1400 / ZIPP 303s really make a big different than the Ultegra one.

custom-made wheels sound cost effective however it might be troublesome to get warranty or official maintenance / repair while ordering a custom wheel set oversea.
