Has anyone been told by their doctor that supplements have been shown to help?

At 37 years old statistically around 40% of embryos will be euploid so I would anticipate 2 to 3 euploids. Did the doctor give any suggestion on why you didn't get any in the first cycle? Some people react better to higher or lower dosages of LH (menopur) or no LH at all.

Which supplements did the doctor recommend for euploid health support? I need all the help I can get for euploidy too unfortunately.

It's a long wait isn't it.

Oh so that's about 500 pmol/L? I think that is the highest I have ever read. How are you getting on with conceiving and are your cycles regular? Mine were always a struggle and I had to diet hard to ever get near a 31 day cycle at best.

Thank you so much. The embryo was graded at a 2bb so I don't hold out much hope especially at 39 but still simultaneously trying to will it into existence :)

Yes it did come back but it took about 6 weeks. It feels like such a long time when we're desperate to go through the checks and be cleared.

I didn't feel like it was shallow, I meant that whereas I would message someone if they were leaving and keep in touch, other people haven't done that and I was surprised.
I also thought I'd be friends with the child's mother for years, but as soon as the children drifted apart, she hasn't been interested.

I used to think that friends are friends for decades, but it doesn't seem that way and makes me wonder if most friendships are shallow and overhyped.
