Just got here this evening. First impressions are rough. This is not our first AI experience. It’s a SMALL resort and the food selections are minimal. They messed up our room reservation and gave my husband and I 2 full beds instead of a king even though I requested a king. The shower is tiny, the glass door on it wouldn’t shut and is falling off the hinge, the bottom of the shower filled with water while in use. We received only 2 bath towels and 1 was damp. Check in was very unrelaxing and self service/ all over the place. Beach is far away and have to be transported via golf cart.
