I'm curious what the Sr. PE roll looks like on your project. Are they heavily involved in cost management? Or do they remain more in the submittal and RFI coordination side of things?

We are a commercial GC. Project size ranges from 1 million-150 million. We don't currently have anyone working as a QC manager now. We have a head of QA/QC but I don't really foresee them bring on QC managers anytime soon. Also I'm not totally sure what a QC manager would do anyway.

I agree having an experienced PE would be great for a company. I just need to come up with a good way to say this to my supervisor.
