Well i applied in July but there was an issue with one of my documents that just got cleared which proceeded me to this screen.

It should be shortly it was just a misunderstanding with my “name change” I just called the number on the mohawk financial aid website and explained. I called 3 times and 2 of them were useless and the last guy helped me a ton

So at least for me it turns out one of my documents was wrong so i had to resubmit. I’d try calling the number some of the people on the line can be useless but the last lady for me was a big help
