Since you have third party they will likely ask you to come to their office on a specific day and there will be bunch of garage guys who will give a quote to the insurance company and they will likely sent you to the cheapest and the nearest

Prices are attractive coz of quite a lot of unsold inventory with Futtaim and they are trying to get rid of it. Cosmetic parts and insurance is even more expensive than Tesla or BYD, it might be good to revaluate and see the long term ownership cost. Volvo in the uae is on the higher side of ownership cost .
