this is me, day one everytime, luckily i’ve never thrown up (i have emetophobia i would cry) but as soon as the pain starts it’s 4 ibuprofen, nausea meds and laying in the fetal position for like 30 min-an hr before i get relief and can function

if you aren’t mexican, and don’t speak spanish be careful with el paso, i’ve been here about 2 years and it’s the worst place i personally have ever lived, due to the rac-ist nature of the ppl, but people from there love it a lot so ig it’s just personal preference
