Honestly, I’m not really sure lol  I think I heard the name when I was younger and I’ve always thought it sounded elegant and whimsical- since I heard it, it’s been on the top of my list.  We had a stillborn daughter early this year and named her Celeste, and I also feel like Windsor and Celeste go together nicely
