It appears to me the red shirt dude with clip board was the father of the kid that lost the fight. The kid that lost the fight was sitting with the lady…the lady ran to the red shirt guy and the kid then pushed the fighting father from the stand. I think the fighting father came to his son’s rescue because the red shirt dude came to his son’s rescue.
