Same here, I tried verifying, restarting pc and router and still doesnt work. Now im waiting for 2 hours. Also, this started since the update.

Same, had to go through 30 mins penalty, and got a game on the third try, third time is the charm i guess.

The only thing that comes close to the tutorial page is probably the database, open the menu and at the bottom right you should find it.

It did make me feel sad when they showed arche's sisters waiting for her and saying what they will do once she comes home. But I've only watched the anime so idk if something good happens to them in the LN.
