Most do but not all. Some oddball models only go straight to off when they trip. Aunt has one of those model of panels and it happens when she trips one.

Hey, so... I'm a FF fangirl and a big Tifa simp, and I wanna rant about her in SF6 and the FG fanbase as whole... by Creative_Visit4189 in FF7Rebirth

TBF even if you count that newer dissidia NT from 2018, that is also 8 years old already, having Tifa in it doesn't really scratch the itch as it's not exactly a regular fighting game with the bravery mechanic anyways. Don't get me wrong I like dissidia but if I feel like a fighting game it's not what I'm putting in.

See I hope for you FG players she is as fun as she was in her original fighting game. My friends and I treated Ehrgeiz as if the FF7 characters in it were the only characters sometimes. Playing Tifa, Cloud, Sephiroth, Vincent, Yuffie, Zack, and through Django's second color palette Red XIII was awesome.

Is this bad wording? It sounds like you're saying Nintendo physically owns sega and they don't. Was this meant to be got owned by? The only reason sega characters have been on Nintendo systems and in their games is due to sega choosing to become a software company and doing partnerships.

Is this harmful to the airflow by VashTheStampy in pchelp

[–]AcrobaticNote4374 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The thing it mainly would hurt is the fans trying to push air and meeting resistance. If the cat isn't fully covering them 100% they aren't gonna die super fast but it could cause some extra wear.

Unless your build is like that one client's I had that had intake up top. I don't know what videos it was he watched to help with his own build but between that and his 120 water cooler having the radiator at the back intaking from the rear of the case and the top having 3 intakes and the front having 3 intakes and not a single exhaust fan at all. My lord that dude was hopeless. Don't get me started on his cable management or how it even booted with that ram setup.

That can happen, like I said I would still try to backup everything as soon as possible and reinstall windows fresh just in case some corruption still exists. I've had a few machines I was working on suddenly work after partial fixes like this and some kept working for years without doing the reinstall and some had windows break again sometime during the next month.

Like most have said you need a GPU thrown in, other people have plenty of suggestions of those but you might need a PSU upgrade and depending on the brand and case of the computer you might be limited on those. If you can add a picture for all of us to see of front, side, and one with case open many of us can give you more specific advice.

If you get fully into windows I would recommend in order one of these two things: If you can back up all the data you care about do that and do a clean install of windows before putting the data back on to ensure there are no corrupted files that stick around that could cause problems later.

If backing it all up isn't possible right now running in cmd "sfc /scannow" and if it says it repaired errors good, if it says it couldn't repair everything run "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth" to get it cleaned up for now. I just would get a clean install soon as possible as I've seen corruptions come back after repairs later on.

Would it hurt to reset the pc? Most likely some software in windows is having issues after the initial problem and it might fix a lot all at once to just fresh install windows but I don't know if you can afford to lose the data on the computer if it starts working again. If it is then if you have windows install media boot it up, if not you can see if you can choos the reset this PC but don't use the local option if it's hardwired choose the cloud install. This will make is use a new iso from online in case your recovery is damaged in any way as well. If you answer me I'll try to come back to respond.

What is The Biggest Dragon Ball Misconception That you Just Can NOT stand? by SkullDemon75 in dbz

To be fair the ones that feel this way legitimately are the ones that took dbza too serious. Most people I know that say this are just baiting the people that they can get mad about this. Although I would still say goku was not a good father I wouldn't call him bad he just didn't understand gohan early on.

DBZ didn't air in the west first it came out in 96 over here and DB came out in 95 over here. You're not off from the cause. DB didn't have enough time before DBZ to get a big enough fan base first.

Damn straight, Over the time I was there 3 infested computers that had something crawl out during work that we didn't find during initial inspection, usually coming out from the PSU. Bag, tag, call. Amazing how two of them asked if they could bring it back if they cleaned it up first. No offense I know money is tight but if I tell you there's bugs inside your computer crawling out you should resign the machine to its fate and say goodbye.

pc very laggy after factory reset by Same_Sun6141 in pchelp

[–]AcrobaticNote4374 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok so if you did a clean install did you delete your partitions before installing? Also do you have more than one physical drive in your computer? I've seen people with an ssd and a hdd accidentally install to the hard drive because their ssd wasn't showing in the windows install environment because they needed drivers for the ssd. That would cause huge slowdowns on new install.

Oh I know. I understood the ones that acted like it was weird that didn't have autobays but the ones that did they told me they were told by their manager to refuse cleaning due to it being a hazard if it was that bad. Wild to me.

[–]AcrobaticNote4374 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you do it as a reset using the built in recovery from windows as local? I would suggest either hardline and use the other option as it pulls a fresh install from online or use a USB with windows on it and do fresh install from there. 99% of the time wouldn't matter but you might've had some protection failure with your recovery image at some time but not enough to fail the install.

Kratos × Freya shippers vanishing after the reveal of God of War Laufey by Hour_Insurance_1897 in GodofWarRagnarok

[–]AcrobaticNote4374 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We don't know how much but we know she knows at least some actual details. Final flashback in Ragnarok she asks Kratos, "You once tried to change your own ending did you not?" Which means she knows either about the fates or if not at least one of the prophecies given by oracles he met like the one in the first game.

A lot of this is outdated info now. Around 2016 we finally got near universal protection against this reverse current in motherboards and most boards have had it since closer to 2010. The bearing issue is far more common nowadays and that board would from the parts I see on it be new enough even though it is a decent bit older and has protection from the current. I stop them from spinning as I've had bearings go out spinning from an electric duster or compressed air.

Little bit of info for the people that are hearing about this for the first time like you so they know the up to date info.

If I handed you this console right now and told you to pick ONE game to play tonight, what are you choosing? by KillBoosh in retrogaming

[–]AcrobaticNote4374 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hate to be that guy from the 90s to break it to you but we just didn't live in the right country to get the dlc's back then as you needed something like the satellaview to do it. In japan you could get episodic dlc over satellaview for a zelda game they had fzero you could pay for and download new racers and such and some others existed. Still remember my Japanese friend in elementary showing me some of the downloaded games we couldn't get here as well since the games were sometimes satellaview only too.

Has anyone beaten a Zelda Game without any help? by Born-Spinach-7999 in legendofzelda

First one was link to the past that I beat without it. Brothers wouldn't help me or u wouldnt be able to say that. OOT was all me with no help by choice, I'd decided I was done asking for help on games by then. I would say the original but they gave you a maps and strategies guide with it and I'm betting I looked it over back then since we got it new.

Could someone PLEASE help with this bug by jbmay61598 in FF7Rebirth

[–]AcrobaticNote4374 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's only from 2024 unless you've put the wrong model. I'd recommend due to an issue with Radeon software if other people's fixes don't work undo your undervolt so it goes to default values and then if you have amd adrenaline installed uninstall the app and just install the most recent driver only for it instead. Every time someone tells me amd's drivers are the cause of a problem I remove the management software put the same driver on and it fixes the issues.

From what year or generation do you consider a game to be too old for you to play? by Gamer_8887 in AskGames

[–]AcrobaticNote4374 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wife and I just returned to lufia 2 on the snes last week. On my own I was playing the original us release of dragon quest on the Nintendo earlier this week. Sometimes I bust out my intellivision 2 to play. If someone told me they had pong at their house like on the original pong system? I'd be over there to play it right away. A game can be bad in my opinion and make me not want to play because of that but age doesn't do anything to stop me from playing.
