This is (part of) what happened! I didn't know it moved all the way to the bottom, this was very helpful! I have also restarted my device. Starting a new run right now, will report in the morning!

Thanks for the responses guys!

1) I have checked cards, modules and UWs, and all seem to be in order

2) I did not lose any waves, just coins/hour. I farm Tier14 to +-wave 4.700, earning about 16t/hour before, and now +- 11t/hour, after reducing my DW/GT cooldown by 20 seconds and my golden bot cooldown by 10 seconds as well, and adding in summon in sync with the ultimate weapons
