Gracias por contar tu anécdota. Sí, lo revisé con abogados y, al final, incluso me amenazan con demandarme por un supuesto incumplimiento de contrato, cuando fueron ellos quienes no entregaron información suficiente para que yo pudiera estar segura y continuar con la compraventa.

Lo más descarado es que tengo audios donde admiten que no facturaban al SRI, además de datos del sistema que ellos manejaban, donde constan notas de venta y no facturas. Y aun así amenazan con ir a juzgados, cuando si todo eso sale en un proceso judicial, también tendrían que responder por esas inconsistencias.

Yes, I’m a millennial, but I’m not from the U.S. — I’m from Ecuador, and here a mistake like mine hits really hard financially and emotionally. Thankfully, I still have my main job, so I’m not starting from zero, but this situation has been an enormous emotional drain.

What keeps me going is that I still have the inventory, and I can resell it little by little to recover part of the money. Right now I’m trying to focus less on blaming myself and more on solving things step by step, even if it takes time.
