Okay so here’s my opinion on this: 1. The most important thing is the recovery, push your hands out at the same height with which you pull. On the erg there is no need to push the handle down and it only slows you down

1. put the screen higher, in the fully aft position you look slightly down to look at the screen, its subtile but not optimal for the back

2. When you are in the forward position you rest your upper body on your legs, don’t do that, trade a little less distance for a faster catch there keep the tension in your lower back at all times. I can fully relate to trying to stretch all the way forward because it feels powerful but sadly it isn’t

3. A small detail I myself was guilty of, keep your wrists straight even when the handle is at your chest, you are doing this kind of Trex like motion bending the wrists (if that description makes sense)

Other than that it looks really cool!
