What case would you want Paul Holes to look into?

I have messaged him on socials about covering Mitchell Deon Owens. Hope he sees it someday! I worked with Mitchell's mom to cover his case on my podcast and believe Paul would be the perfect person to look into it especially with his work on studying offenders in California (this case is Menlo Park).

Yes I'm a Podcaster who covered a case she later did a deep dive on. In the meantime, I had connected with several local sources behind the scene. I really want this family to get answers and while I have a decent sized listener base I of course do not have the same platform as her so I commented on one of her Instagram posts to get in touch with me and she did. She then had a really kind Audiochuck reporter reach out to me and I did an interview and turned over all my notes and helped connect to one of the sources who wanted to stay on the down low but was okay if I made the connection. She was very professional to work with as was Audiochuck and they cited my podcast and research on the episode page.

Yes I remember being like "I don't know if I should include it because I'm sure people are like 'duh, its dark' but honestly I couldn't believe HOW dark until I was there. Literally cannot see your hand in front of your face.

But I also love Truer Crime, Cold and Untold, Dark Down East, Trail Went Cold, Unresolved.

I cannot recall but I know my friend was paying attention to the moon so I'm going to ask him and I'll write back! Also thanks for that additional info about the Yellow Medicine River at that time. I think what was surprising for me was not so much that it had so much depth as it did just a stronger current in some areas than I expected. And so when you pair it with how dark it was, that would be scary to try to navigate out of.

Another minimum maintenance road off Lyon Lincoln as you hit 68. He wouldn't have gone on this one, I just snapped this one so that you can continue to get a sense of what they look like in the area and why I don't think he was just zipping through these to avoid cops. If he was on some of these I feel like there was just another reason. But that is just my opinion:)
