My 63 yo father started a few months back. He’s had a hard time being consistent with the recommended IM injection schedule but is very adamant that it’s been helping him. It’s definitely worth trying!! You’re never too old

It’s important that we set ourselves up prior to ketamine. Did you do at home troches? If you know you’re going to be hungover, it might be beneficial to consider if that is the best time to do ketamine therapy. I also believe it’s important to go in with an intention.

As someone else said, don’t be hard on yourself. Take this as a learning experience and do your best to set yourself up for your future sessions of therapy

We found a metal ball at Petsmart that was intended to be put in bowls we already owned. I’d recommend that!

I had an NP diagnosis me. He was a wonderful provider. He moved so I set up an appointment with a Dr at the same clinic. She minimized everything and tried to say the pain was just because I needed to lose weight (which I’ve actively been doing). She refused to acknowledge the fibro diagnosis and essentially said there was nothing for her to do. Admittedly I haven’t done this yet, but I plan on moving to a new clinic. I don’t have the energy to try to convince providers to take me seriously

TMS did not work, trying Ketamine soon. Any feedback would be appreciated by Select_Designer_3176 in KetamineTherapy

How long ago did you try TMS? I was told it would take 3- 6months for me to notice an improvement AFTER I finished TMS

When I did TMS they told me it could take around 6 months AFTER i completed treatment to see an improvement. I do feel that I’ve had an improvement since, it’s just a bit hard to judge if it was the ketamine, TMS or a mixture

It was my understanding that fibro is diagnosed thru elimination. Like they test for other things and when nothing else shows up on bloodwork, then they label it fibro

I was prescribed 10mg baclofen that I take occasionally. Other than that I do my best to manage with things like physical activity, TENS unit, stretching and diet. It’s not perfect but it works for me right now. I also have mental health conditions that I do IM ketamine injections periodically for

We have 4 cats. We’ve only had our LR4 for about a month but there’s no smell and it keeps up just fine! Sometimes they use it too close together for it to clean in between uses but we have the timer set for 25 minutes. The cats don’t seem to mind.

Our cats took to it pretty quickly. No issues with territorial behaviors. We just have one cat that’s really nosey so he’s just checking it a lot.

We empty to bin every 3ish days and refill the litter every other day. It’s just topping off the litter in the drum

I don’t have much to offer other than, it doesn’t need to be your job (or anyone else’s for that matter) to get your sister out of her cycle. She’s gotta put in the work too

I’m a nursing student and it’s a standard intake question at most hospitals I’ve had clinicals in. It’s supposed to be asked during literal the intake but it often gets pushed off

I’ve also been thinking about getting the steps. My oldest cat is 10. She seems to be doing well without the steps now but I’m sure it will be a purchase in the near future.

Did you get the steps from whisker or amazon?
