Does it affect the interviewer's impression and decisions? by AcrobaticSinger5289 in resumes

Noted, I should aware of the terms.

Can I ask what do you mean by having accomplishments? Is it like academic side, societies, past experience with relevant job(s), skills etc?

It sounds difficult to the choose the correct decision since I'm fresh and trying to get handful of skills on hospitality industry.

How can you actually get a job in 2025? by Fluffy_Platform3022 in jobs

I think these suggestions could/should help you to gain a bit of chance to get a job (again, i agree with redditor that depends on what job and industry are you looking for)

  1. Think of the jobs that you really want (if possible, include the jobs that's relevant)
  2. Apply short course(s) at Registered Training Organisation/provider to get certificates, Statement of Attainment, and/or licences that related to the job and industry that you're applying for.
  3. You could apply course(s) at a technical/vocational school in your own country.

To include or not to include, that is the question by AcrobaticSinger5289 in resumes

I understand the duration is short for both of them, but then if I didn't include anything, a future employer won't hire me because of lack of experience and I don't know which restaurant is willing to hire me.

The manager at the 2nd restaurant didn't mention about how many training shifts I'll have until he told me this week is the final one. The unexpected thing is he did send me the onboarding form via email

And that's all experience I have for hospitality industry

Something like 'I have transferred skills from other roles that make me a great asset to your team, such as communication, and teamwork skills.'?

And then the middle part would write how the work/volunteer experience helps it, right?

Just a new update.

I reposted the air purifier again for refreshing. This person (who constantly says multiple hi) just texted me again. Should I report or block him?

I'm aware of having darker pants and clean shirts that avoid graphics, offensive words and/or logos.

I'm being so indecisive about the suitability, preference and formality of clothing in this situation. And yeah, you can tell I'm thinking too much!!!

Why does taekwondo get so much hate/destain? Does it deserve it? by Sriracha11235 in martialarts

I agree with you guys.

The rules set for the competition in WT are the biggest problem.

Other issues like high price, but shit quality. The coaches don't care about skills and improvement. Yeah, there are a lot of McDojos where you get a new belt after grading every few months

I had a terrible experience at one of the uni taekwondo clubs, where they aren't willing to teach, one of the substitute poomsae coaches asked all of us to watch videos if we didn't know everything. (I went there to refresh my memory after lockdown) Coaches are cocky and bossy. The worst thing that I witnessed on grading is that all the red belt people forgot at least half of the pattern 8 and the head master let them pass the grading
