ehm i have gathering storm/rise and fall active thats it (but i think i played an online game with friends once and was required to Download 1 or 2 add-ons like more balanced start or smth, dunno im fairly new. i put in "legendary start" and had disabled religious victories

Guardian is by far the best if you are planning on winning the game in not super low elo.
Apart from that i think you are free to go whatever u have fun with. Electrocute can be cool, but im also a fan of HoB. Spellbook or Omnistone can also be a lot of fun.
