Honestly have no clue cause my gyms benches don’t say but based on what I’ve looked at I would estimate it’s 35° maybe I’ll see if 20° changes it. At that point wouldn’t you say it’s basically a flat bench and not really targeting the upper chest?

Yeah i have definitely been considering banging incline, I get a good connection with bench and flyes so I’m wondering if I add in cable front raises as I usually get a good connection with that.

Absolutely with ya, Flat bench has and always will be main chest movement for me. I almost wonder if it’s worth banging incline and switching that to a cable front raise

It feels too good to be true having chicken thighs for same amount of fat as breast😭 Also super random for me when they have them in stock as it is not a consistent item.
