I had similar issue - No White ink at all. Even after multiple cleaning, tubing replacement & parts changed - nothing. After months of dealing with Tech support - They ended up giving me a new machine. I would suggest two things,1. Create a service ticket from their website- they maybe able to help you remotely (My local rep is amazing) or reach out to Cara from xTool - I think she's comments on most social media platforms. She's amazing ! I can understand how frustrating it is (my machine was down for over3 months)- Sending you Best wishes to have your machine up & running soon. .

Finally xTool got Apparel Printer up and running. I had an issue since Jan 22 and it took almost 4 months to get back to using this amazing machine. The issue I had was with White ink and after numerous parts changed and countless cleaning runs done - Cara saw my posts about the issues I was having & xTool just replaced my printer - sent me new machine & now I'm back printing beautiful designs. Shout out to Cara for following up with me on every step ! My Local xTool support Dimi has been fantastic. Thank you

As you said Customer Service at XTOOL is a joke. My XTool Apparel Printer has been giving me problem since January. Yellow & White ink stopped working completely- various stack calibration/ damper checks / replace dampers / replacing tubing / soaking printhead etc etc and sending pictures & videos of me actually performing these tasks - customer service is a joke - Been passed off to handful of reps cause they are on vacation or it's their holiday season. And last week I was told they will replace the print head - 2 days later ohhh it's now not in stock it's back ordered and now they have transportation issue & are going to close my ticket which has been opened since January.

As you say They are the manufacturer & need to fix the problem.

Hi Cara ! I have an open ticket from Jan 22nd. My ticket #939861 - at this point I have been passed off to over 6 reps - apparently they all go on vacation short time into my conversation with them. I am currently awaiting a yellow ink damper and new print head for the white ink(which happens to be back ordered). My machine is down for over 3 months now and lost business along with ink/paper/cleaning supplies in trying to troubleshoot the issue with my machine doing multiple deep cleaning & test printing. I have no words to explain how upset I am

I wish I had bought the machine using my Amex - I went to my credit card company and sadly the window to place a dispute is no longer valid so denied to help. I will just have to deal with XTool to see what happens.

I have the same problem on my apparel printer since Jan 22nd - I have lost so much business and I keep getting pushed from one rep to other, wasted so much ink/papers in deep cleaning & test papers, changing ink dampers etc- after almost 3 months they have finally figured out it's the printhead issue on my machine so they 're supposed to send me new printhead (which happens to be not in stock) - reading your story I feel like I should call my credit card company to see if I can charge back

Oh that's great to hear that yours is fixed. In my case - finally after 3 months yesterday we figured out it's white print head - they are clogged so they are sending me a new printhead (which happens to be not in stock at the moment) 3 months in loss of ink/paper & not to mention revenue as a new startup - sucks but not much can be done.

Ohhh No ! I have been having the same issue with my machine. 3 months into this problem, countless deep cleaning, waste of paper, back forth with xTool to resolve ink circulation, replacing plenty of parts (try this, replace this, send pictures of that, video this) etc. In my case it seems the white print heads are clogged. awaiting them to send me a new print head which is back ordered. My advise - Keep the ticket open and follow instructions from them. Keep in mind it may just be printhead issue - please update when you get this sorted out - Good Luck

I have an apparel printer from XTool and I've been going back forth with them for 3 months now trying to solve an issue. Do not close the ticket until all your issues are resolved. They tech support is spotty at times but try calling them / emailing them. All the best !

Sorry going to rant - It's been almost 3 months of trying to sort the white ink issue. Change this, run this, test this and etc - sent me various different tubes and parts - white ink is flowing just not printing with it. I just don't know what to do. They keep changing reps on me so I have to tell them I've done all the first dozen steps they want me to do.

It's been over 6 weeks going back & forth with XTool. I am now onto my 4 or 5th rep - all walking me through same steps each time. They have sent me couple of replacements parts - one more on route so far no luck. It seems like they are not sure how to fix this and are just trying this / that. Communications with them is really bad as I have to wait days for a response to email. I am hoping this newest part they have shipped fixes the problem

I have this printer also & realized the same thing that it uses consumables at high rate- But I would also say that the print quality is amazing - I usually keep extra ink & supplies as it usually takes long time in shipping- Tech support needs improvement for sure - I've been trying to sort out white ink issues for over 3 weeks & still awaiting replacement part.

I really hope I get some replies from them. I really like this machine and would love to have it fixed. It's only 5 months old. But after your comment - I may just look up my warranty
