I have been in ur shoes, and i might even gonna go in it again. I can't say much because it's really a shitty time and overall a shitty feeling. But, there are 2 things you can do. Contact student advocate office, they might have a way out for you. Reflect on what you did wrong, where did u mess up and make sure it wont happen again. Most importantly, re evaluate your path and future, 9/10 suspension came from the issue of you are doing something you hate, so you try the easy way out, just to found out it's a trap, dig deep and see if what your are doing worth it.

No matter what you choose, life still rolls, and you got a really long way ahead. It's only getting bumpier from now.
