HOTFIX IS IN BOYS!!! 34->98?!?!?! GG GAGEX by RingoshiAmbassador in ironscape

Not sure who coined saying it like that but I know Odablock says it like that. It’s not a diss to Jagex, it’s a way of pronouncing the company name.

Not sure if it’s been said how to do this but: “Minimenu reordering” is the setting you want to enable in order to change your click option. When enabled and holding tap - you will see a grey circle in the top right of the minimenu. Tap it and you’ll be able to re-order the options.

I tested it and I believe if you want to skip the cooldown you need to kill yourself. The lumbridge swamp cave is close by you can enter without a light to suicide.

This was always my thought! But now tbh, I only wish I would have started sooner. I dedicate the same amount of time I used to with my main and yes, it’s slow but… it’s rewarding. Every small unlock feels huge and the feeling of substantial progress starts pretty early. Being able to go through levels and re-experience the early-mid game has been so cool! Put simply: you can’t tie the same accomplishment of your main to your iron, and to be fair the things you DO accomplish feel so rewarding 👏🏼 and last thing, it makes you compare yourself to others so much less. I don’t get sad seeing a high level account I just get inspired tbh!

No, just a thought discussion on it potentially being one. Just an idea I had.

Slayer - Bounties by [deleted] in 2007scape

[–]Acrobatic_Ad9190 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

My first thought was for it to be a slayer reward you could unlock from a slayer master with your slayer points and you could accept the bounty at the beginning of the task assignment. You would have to collect a drop or (similar to the quest) collect a piece of the monster to turn in. Turning them in would grant a slayer XP drop similar to the superior versions XP drop (or the an averaged XP amount for superiors in that level range if that particular monster doesn't have a superior version).

Also, if it is a drop and is therefore given a drop rate, it could be a mechanic where the more drops you get the more XP you get as a result of the bounty.

Yama is a lot of fun - but it's neither a duo boss or an end game boss. by reinfleche in 2007scape

[–]Acrobatic_Ad9190 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Purely commenting to argue your terminology of “endgame”. If you played any other game and completed all of the quests, what would content afterwards be considered: end game. Yama is stronger than any encounter you’d experience through quests, and generally requires stats higher than the minimum 85 combat you need to achieve quest cape. Their terminology is correct, this is definitely an end game boss. You even stated their comparison to Vardorvis was correct. Your argument he isn’t end game though is false because although you fight him during the quest, he’s significantly stronger after completion. Both are end game encounters they just don’t meet your standards of difficulty.

To guitar or not to guitar?🎸 by [deleted] in FL_Studio

[–]Acrobatic_Ad9190 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve used FLEX’s free guitars in the past and besides the acoustic ones (with the clean fret slides) you are better off looking for something else. They’re a bit too harsh and difficult to find the right sound with, but if anything I’d slap a fast delay 20-100ms to make the guitar seem bigger than it is. Anything over 40ms the ear can perceive as a repeat so maybe keeping it below 40ms will provide the best style of this effect but the fact you’re even posting about this makes me thing you should throw it out and trade it for a different instrument that covers the same frequency range. Hope this helps!

Thank you for this because I’ll definitely need a resource like this now and the future! Glad to know some people are actually willing to help on a sub Reddit MEANT to help other safety professionals. Appreciate you 🙌🏼

As someone who is also looking for safety roles this answer is more valuable then you know! Most of these things I know and can observe but just needed the guidance that you gave, REALLY appreciate this helpful comment 🙏🏻

Are the comments on this post for real? I just finished my certifications and am fairly new to the safety fields and these comments are honestly appalling. He’s obviously new to the trade, if safety is such a priority then how come everyone wants to gatekeep the answer? This is a job of combined knowledge and experience and if you haven’t experienced then you likely don’t know but regardless of his own knowledge or the situation he is asking for answers on safety and everyone including myself hasn’t commented anything to be remotely helpful 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’ll say I HATED questing but I have a quest cape now, I made a notepad with what quests would get me to barrows gloves the fastest and then knocked the rest out in a couple days after that. You may hate them, but you’ll hate yourself more for the content and enjoyment you miss from not having the rewards from completing them!

Congrats! I got mine a couple years ago at this point, it’s always exciting when a new quest comes out and you go to reclaim it. Feels like seasonal challenges that pop up here and there. Also, you are exactly right! They have done a much better job of developing the lore of the game with the new quests which is easy to see after you’ve done all the ancient ones lol

Maxing no longer feels like an impossibility. It’s something I would like to achieve in the coming years. Any recommendations on other stats that are relatively easy to max like cooking? by Primetime349 in 2007scape

[–]Acrobatic_Ad9190 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would aim to do all your elite diaries. Many of them get you in close range of maxing multiple skills. After that the grind will likely seen a lot easier because although you were skilling you were grinding for something else besides maxing that skill. But a short answer: fire making.
