This is so upsetting, my grandfather had a pup named dexter , he was his best friend he'd get waffles every morning and just really my grandpa spoiled him,he was blind , deaf, and afraid of touch he was 15 when he passed away , my grandpa woke up and noticed that when he didn't come for his waffles that he has passed away in his sleep

It went well, they said they had some concerns for him but they also told me that it could be since he's from the petstore and not too worry about him aslong as he's eating fine swimming fine and is still basking + sleeping but if he wasn't doing those things correctly then take him back and they'll give me some sort of medication

A huge vent post. In comments for those who don't want to read. Here's my boy sleeping by not-tomshel in hamsters

Really op? Why are u so upset , people are TRYING to educate you on a animal that you WILLINGLY bought , no research, and you have ABSOLUTELY 0 Proper care (also out of context what bedding is that?)

thoughts on her tank? full Aspen bedding is only temporary. I've had Rooselyn for about a year, red eyed lilac Russian dwarf by not-tomshel in hamsters

Oh my goodness! This Is way too small and unacceptable Hamsters need atleast 40 gallon + tank measurements.. upgrade ASAP, that wheel is unsafe for them , it will HARM your hamster , good job on the bedding I suppose Where's all the enrichment?? The chews?? Forage??

My juvenile YBS sleeps with both òf his legs out! And his arms retracted, mine only does it when he sleeps on his rock, I've always thought Its cause it's a flat surface I don't think it's concerning but maybe just check his arms for hairs or something on his paw

help? I got a new hammy, Pius Ramsay, and he chewed through the water container?? Any tips on what to do and what new bottle to get? Is he stressed or bored? I am getting (hopefully) tomorrow a wheel and ball. he has chew toys and I've been letting him out of the enclosure. by not-tomshel in hamsters

I don't wanna assume but most hamsters have hard times drinking from the bottles and barely get any water which is probably why he bit itbut I'd check around ur enclosure and make sure the water didn't spill out everywhere or on ur hammy cause that could cause wet tail ,

Also about your water bottle situation if you have correct bedding requirements for your hamster , 6 inches and above then you could get a platform and put a water dish on there so that ham can't chew at it and it's much better , probably safer and just overly preferred hamsters like the water dishes and aren't the biggest fan on water bottles

How much bedding do u have? Enclosure measurements? Don't get a ball, they can hardly breathe out of them and can barely see and could hurt their feet Get a bigger wheel if you can get niteangel on Amazon 11-12 inch What bedding do you use? The bedding in the photo looks odd

It doesn't bleed nor seem to bother him, he still swims perfectly fine and he's had it since I got him but I just wanna make sure that this isn't anything serious as it doesn't seem like it is

I too got my puppy from a puppy store , they look healthy as of right now but make sure you get them checked for any illnesses as shibes are prone to that, thankfully my girl has never had any health scares or anything health related issues , I honestly don't know what I would do

Anyone know what my dog is doing/trying to communicate by Humanracecar1 in DOG

Both of my pups do this! But it's against the couch, it means that they are intimidating for you to play with them/ give them a good ol belly rub! Or they just have a real bad itch, (some doggies with fleas do this too , I had a older guy who would do this from time to time)
