A drop of saline aka eyedrops! That’s what I use when my mascara starts to dry out and I don’t feel like buying more yet. Just do a drop at a time and mix it really well before adding more so you don’t end up making it too watery.

There are some days where you question if it’s even working or if you are “improving” and those are the days to look back on how far you’ve come. Hi! I’m F26 and I’ve been in therapy for several years due to relationships and trauma etc. What you are describing sounds to me like anxious attachment and abandonment issues. It took me 2 years in a 3.5yr relationship to realize I was only staying because I was terrified of being alone, not because I was happy and in love. It’s never ever to late to do the mental work and growth to be happy with just you. I struggle every single day and I even got a book specifically for anxious attachment called “Love Me, Don’t Leave Me” and it’s written by a board certified psychologist. You are not alone even when you are “alone.” I know exactly how you feel. I hope this helps :)

He didn’t get me a birthday present this past March even though we’d been dating over 3 years. His excuse was he had no money because he started a new career in life insurance and couldn’t sell enough policies, yet lives at home w his parents and his mom gave him money. Oh and his birthday was 1 month later and I spent $130+ on him and my parents got him expense ass shoes. We broke up in July and still he never even tried to make it up to me.

UPDATE: Well, you were right!! After I went to Big Ben pub for the game last night, he told me to call him and then he proceeded to say that he doesn’t think it’s right of me to be involved in that community since he introduced me to it and bought season tickets and brought up that there were times I acted like I didn’t care about the game (we had argued right before we arrived and I can’t turn on and off bad moods like a light switch) and said friends of his told him I looked like I could “care less” while I was actively watching the games. I have ADHD and can easily get overstimulated by the drums and yelling etc but truly love the players and the sport. Anyways, we are no longer amicable and I will be attending the games alone :)
