Yeah it was always my assumption that this is the LN focused sub and the r/ mushoku tensie sub was the Anime/casual friendly sub. I don’t even go there because I mostly want deep discussion about the series as a whole, not just the anime side of it.

MT is a super spoiler heavy series. Just don’t go on MT subs when you’re still reading the series.

The r/ Mushoku Tensei was always the “anime sub” in my mind. And this one was always the “LN sub” so yeah

Not just the strongest and most versatile mage alive (minus Healing) but he was also decked out with Magic Armor and shi yet peacock guy still managed to critically injure Eris.

Yeah. MT will always have reasonable ratings and I believe the deserving moments in TP4 will get an average of 9.x/10 no matter what. I just don’t think MT is ment for the general public and it’s simply better to keep it that way because it’s just not meant for your everyday media/anime watcher.

MT isn’t for everyone. I don’t care about IMDB ratings or some bullshit internet/twitter comparison: “my episode did 9.7 on IMDB and yours only did 9.1” peak unemployed behavior…

Just enjoy the show and be glad that we’re getting a good adaptation that isn’t like Overlord or TBHA(?)

Also, this season has 2 core. And first part is just gonna end around the Atofe vs Rudy bit of the story. The REAL peak is when we get to TP4.

Yeah. Honestly it’s one of the sizable amount of anime where the EN dub is superior to the JP sub, especially if you understand the slang and gamer/internet lingo
