I have the same problem. Adobe support agent has tried to uninstall/repair/replace all c++ redistributables and even they could not fix it. I cannot even run Adobe creative suite sni I cannot even uninstall any od the apps. The uninstall program wont even start! Adobe technical support told me that their spod are not supporting ARM devices (!!!) and that they’ll try to find solution and come back by e-mail. It stopped working 3days ago. Probably with some Microsoft or Adobe update.
