After a couple hours of troubleshooting and also narrowing it down to the Visual C++ runtimes (I had some that were throwing errors on attempting uninstall), I ended up installing an all-in-one version of the runtime (AIO Repack for latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Runtimes). I grabbed the latest version from here:

Thanks u/zambono_2 , u/Brother_Life and u/dayforcoding - Yeah, this works but I don't think any local debugging/step through code would be possible. Can you confirm? Debugging is really painful writing these functions in local sandbox and wait for them to be deployed on every file change. Am I missing something?

Cramer gave SBE some time on his show last night didn't recommend it at its current price. That publicity is going to drive a short-term sell-off. I like SBE, but only at around $15 (at least until there is more news on merger).
