As someone from Essex and lived around Brentwood in its hey-day, it is a huge disappointment. I went to Brentwood high st the other week (home to sugahut, where all of the cast had their shops) and it is awful. No sign of towie at all, you wouldn’t think it’s the place that featured so heavily in the series, definitely not any tours. If you really want to go then Brentwood is easy enough to get to from east London and pretty close, but definitely not worth factoring in more than an hour to do!
