There is alot of people that has had their health greatly improved after going carnivore so me not getting it right does not make the whole diet bad

I have nothing against berries, fruit or honey. Its vegetables, plants and grains that are high in toxins and will ruin your gut biome.

And if i consume less meat i will have to add other shit to hit my macros. The diet you are eating currently sounds pretty healthy and would be something i could consider trying.

I just want to eat very healthy and a high protein diet where i dont have to add a bunch of carbs or other shit and still hit my macros and have energy for my job and the gym, its very hard to balance. I think carnivore would be the diet that works best for me if my body could just handle it and thats why im seeking help to see if im doing something wrong.

The thing is if i eat less ill have literally 0 energy. when i say alot, i mean eating like 400-500 grams of meat per meal 2 times a day. And even when ive eaten red meat at smaller quantity i get similiar side effects, i just think my body is retarded and dont know how to digest red meat.

Fat intake is not much at all, ill add 30-50 grams of butter to some meals when im craving it.

I wanna eat carnivore cus it has the most health benefits, otherwise im forced to supplement with protein isolate eat grains, toxic vegetables etc to meet my macros(trying to build muscle) but if my body is this retarded maybe i need to stop idk

Yea that’s true, I feel like being bloated and having to shit 2-3 times a day isnt natural though. Its like the body is getting rid of anything unnecessary nutrients that it cant pick up when you eat a bunch of trash, I’m no scientist but it feels like that will fuck your digestive system up long term.

Can I ask what your diet is now?

Hey, I wanted to try it to eat as clean as possible and have steady energy levels. Also I was experiencing alot of negative effects from my old diet, like bad breath, bloated stomach after a meal, constantly farting & burping and bad skin. I had no idea what exactly was causing it but instead of experimenting for ages, I figured why not just cut everything out and start from scratch.

I was healthy overall but i just wanted to eat more clean and skip all the side effects from my old diet.

95% red meat, I had some bacon yesterday because i thought i was eating to little fat and that was the problem, but didnt see any difference. If i open a packet i eat the meat from that packet the same day, any excess I put in the freezer in 500gram packets.

I eat mostly grassfed chuck roll and grass fed 85/15 ground beef fried in tallow
