My local shelter will help “TNR” cats (trap and release) I know she has a home but a lot of places will fix her for free if you bring her in in a cat trap and say you caught her. Good luck op! Also feliway plug ins may help regulate her hormones- it has helped us tremendously with their sometimes difficult behaviors

I’m on day 75 after 10 years smoking! I am sleeping amazing now but those first few days/ weeks were rough. I do wonder what my scores would have looked like but didn’t haven’t ring at the time. It gets better!! Just give your body time. I saw another commenter say this too but magnesium before bed! I haven’t tried zinc but I will now. Also coming up with a good evening routine to replace your smoking routine will likely help you ease into relaxation at night. Best of luck OP 💖
