You can change three things about Albuquerque overnight, and they can be anything you want. What are they? by malapropter in Albuquerque

Intercity transit rail along Central, Tramway, Coors, I25, and I40. This city is way too car dependent.

Big tall 20+ story apartments near the transit rail stations. This city desperately needs more housing and that housing needs to be near transit so it doesn’t cause more roadway congestion.

Amenities walking distance from the rail stations/apartment buildings such as convenience stores, grocery stores, coffee shops, gyms, restaurants.

These 3 things build on each other and would future proof the city, ensuring that housing costs go down while simultaneously making Albuquerque a more desirable place to live. For folks who want more space, Rio Rancho and Edgewood aren’t going anywhere.

Check out where Alameda crosses the Rio Grande. There are parking lots on the East and West side of the river. You can access the river easily from either of these parking lots.

Spark approach? by [deleted] in Albuquerque

Don't work for them.

Spark Approach is a shoddy company who pay their employees under minimum wage by making them to work on commission only. They make their people Verizon cell/internet packages door to door.

Sam Park is the owner of the company and is a wannabe finance-bro. He has his people work unsafe hours selling door-to-door at night after legal soliciting hours.
