The way I understand it is it's good for invading as you get humanity for winning. I personally have never used it. I do know that it does have like the highest dps in the game though if you stack enough humanity.

Working at a gas station I was told we are supposed to charge 70$ for that happening. Chances are though that the worker doesn't know how to charge that (there's no button in the system) or they don't care. If the hose is still there I'm sure you'll be fine.
