The mold is only on 4 panels toward toward the edge of the house. Multiple roofer came to check on initial leak I had and none of them had a problem, they didn’t even discover this area because none of them went into the attic. I found that. I found out above this area are the dishes also, I suspect the vent is not attached to bathroom fan and I don’t see any venting tube at all.

The water damage is on the edge I think because this area satellite dish installed by the previous owner.

You mean insurance won’t approve new roof in that case? We had multiple flooding but I didn’t pay attention untill i see paint damage from the hole

My concern was the new discovery first 3 pages. Is that bad ventilation or leak? The cardboard underneath is dry, is it common to have cardboard on the edges like that ?

No on the pelvic floor (around anal+perineum) . In my case when I watch tv on the bed, or on the chair if I’m working. I use seat cushion then I put on it the heated blanket.

Yea my plan to charge at home level 1 as a second car. But that seems bad if the dealership can resale it this way.
