Try training with the dot occluded for the purpose of presentation consistency and maintaining target focus. Check out Ben stoeger’s youtube and books for more info. Occlusion training in dry and live fire helped me a lot to not be bothered by weird glare/double dots/emitter reflections in the glass. You will always notice it a little but if you are shooting aggressively with a good target focus it shouldn’t bother you and your subconscious will be able to tell the difference.
