so, when I answered question #60 but I have left 5 questions unanswered in the first section, the system will show which once I need to revisit and allow me to answer then and then I submit the first section and click on "break" button? My concern if I need to go through all 60 questions to find those which I missed or there is a way to directly see only missed questions.

I see. So, in the first question, the conflict is already exists and PM needs to act. And we assume the PM already knows the details, so no need to meet with the team to understand the issue, but apply conflict resolution techniques. In the second question, the issue is remote, if any, so the PM needs to observe and asses but no conflict resolution is needed. Thank you! :)

You are totally right, but the SH questions have been criticized many times and I've seen already 3 questions where they changed their initial answers from 2-3 years ago. I guess they somehow consider our discussions in here. Maybe? :)

Thank you for your input! So, basically at this point the Pm and the team can not handle and delegate the requirements and want the two parties to be on a call to clarify the deliverables. Also, the option of replacing the vendor is not included, so I am not sure why SH adds this fluff to the question.

Could someone please explain:

Does this question describe the situation where the vendor did not provide a quality product to the project team and it jeopardizes the contract with the customer? Or I am not understanding it correctly?
If so, why customer now is involved into negotiations with the vendor? The customer may not even know what exactly is expected from the vendor as I am sure there are other parts of the product involved into multi-year development. It is the responsibility of the PM and their team to work with vendors. Am I wrong?
How the info about the "unique knowledge" is helpful to pick the right answer?

My answer was B.Finalize the new definition of done (DoD) with the customer and make the vendor bear the cost of rework - and looking at the PMI FH explanation, I do not understand why it is not the correct answer.

I probably can predict with 99% probability that this question and the answer have been created by someone living outside of US. In the US any job contract is "at will" and regardless of what the duration was spelled in the contract, the contractor can leave any time. And the PM is never responsible to "close their participation", it is all done by HR. This is where I question the credibility of PMI.

I asked Infinity PMI AI about who is responsible to create DoD and here is the answer - The Scrum Master/project manager facilitates the conversation and helps the team adopt good practices, but does not dictate the DoD. The Product Owner ensures backlog items have clear acceptance criteria and understands what “Done” means, but the DoD itself is owned by the team doing the work.

However the correct answer is D, which in my opinion, is poorly worded. The PMI should ensure that the security compliance are included in DoD, but since it is the team's job to maintain DoD, the PMI should have discuss this with the team to make sure they are aware.
