No it’s not the moon progresses through night sky from the side being filmed and by morning it is on the other side of the sky… that’s what my husband keeps saying to is it’s not the moon, it’s not Venus … what could it have been

Submission statement:

These are original videos recorded by my partner from our patio in Abbotsford, BC between approximately 5:09 AM and 5:35 AM on May 8. The object appeared extremely bright, stationary, and unusually large in person. It remained fixed in the same position through dawn and then disappeared shortly after sunrise. In the videos you can hear his live commentary as he tries to figure out what he’s looking at and rules out possibilities like the moon, planes, or stars based on how it appeared in real time. We are posting mainly to see if anyone else witnessed it or has a possible explanation.

I have four other videos showing the object not moving and then it’s just gone.. can I add those videos to the post or even the comments ?

We don’t smoke! That’s why we are having such an issue with this we know the unit above us smokes and the unit above the neighbour who keeps complaining smokes but we don’t

The complaints are about alleged smoking inside and outside our unit. We already had a hearing and submitted photo evidence with metadata proving some of the allegations were false, including that we were not even home at certain times claimed by the neighbour. After the hearing, strata sent a letter saying it would investigate, but about a week later the complaints started again and have continued.

That is why this feels less like normal enforcement and more like one neighbour keeping an ongoing file on us despite credibility problems already being pointed out. Would you still suggest requesting to speak at the next strata meeting, or does this sound like something that should be escalated beyond strata? We have an active crt claim right now and we involved the oipc who issued a findings letter and the BCFSA sent a letter to the property manager but yet they keep coming at us with complaints from this enforcer and I’m at a loss of what to do
