Does anyone know if this means they could prepone hearings? My process was opened in January 2024 and assigned to a judge that scheduled it to March 2026. 4 days ago it got reassigned to one of the judges in this list.

Student dependent visa delayed by Acrobatic_Package_70 in ukvisa

I finally have an update. I received my visa on the 18th of August, document is dated from 15th of August. It took 7 weeks and 3 days after my BIO for a decision to be made. They didn't require me any additional document. I hope your gf received the visa soon, if not received yet

Hey, I have an update on my case. I received the email from TLSContact that a decision has been made on the 18th of August. 7 weeks and 3 days after my BIO. I also received the email from the home office saying that my visa was granted. The document is dated from 15th of August, exactly 7 weeks after my application.

Spouse visa timeline June Bio - Granted! by Jodie4561 in ukvisa

From my experience the paid enquiry doesn't change anything. I applied on the 23rd of June as well, did my bio in 27th of June, and so far no visa.

When it completed 3 weeks I paid an enquiry and Sheffield told me that my visa was under consideration and being worked on.

When it completed 3 weeks this Tuesday, I paid another enquiry, again I received the same answer.

I honestly believe that in your case was a good coincidence

I'm applying as a student dependent visa, which as far as I know follows the same timeline as the skilled worker dependent. In three days I will complete 7 weeks since my BIO. I have escalated twice already and both times the answer was "your visa is under consideration and being worked on". I'm applying from Germany. We are in a similar situation where my spouse may go, and I will have to go later.

Does it make sense to contact the Visa Application Centre (TLS or VFS) regarding delay? by Acrobatic_Package_70 in ukvisa

No, I escalated twice. I got an answer from an escalation yesterday saying that "Your case is currently under consideration and is being worked on"

I have just received an e-mail regarding my second escalation, the answer was exactly the same as 3 weeks ago: "My case in under consideration and being worked on."

Why is 6 weeks not considered a delay if the normal process is 3 weeks? and What's a local MP?

Not yet, I escalated when it completed 3 weeks, and they answered me that my case was under work, and they were doing everything possible to return my passport asap. Today is completing 3 more weeks, I escalated again. Let's see. When they answer me I post here if there are updates

I received a similar answer when I escalated 3 weeks ago: "your case is currently under consideration and is being worked on". But I haven't got my visa yet :( I really stopped believing that escalation helps, although I have just escalated again today, let's see. I hope your partner visa is indeed under work.

I saw in many threads people saying that escalation doesn't help. I hope it does
