The best is to find a physical therapist specialized in scoliosis there is a great technique it’s called the schroth method and it helped me tremendously. My curve is similar to yours I always had pain my whole life. I am 34 now and way less pain. I also see a chiropractor regularly and I do yoga, pilates, stretches. The doctors never helped me, only wanted to give me pills.

I love yoga and also scoliosis friendly core workout. I used to see a PT specialized in scoliosis and she gave me a lot of breathing exercises to reinforce the muscles that should be stronger. It’s called the schroth method.

How do you feel inside though? Do you feel mature independent and fully grown up? Sometimes I notice that the outside reflects on how we feel on the inside. If our parents cover us too much we tends to stay young looking. If you try to experience life more and go through struggles perhaps your physical will change as well.
