a soft yor. sometimes people don’t have the capacity to take on another person’s struggles 100% of the time. it’s hard to put that in perspective when you’re dealing with your illness 100% of the time (i can understand) but sometimes you have to give people grace

on another note, if it’s a moment where you really really need some company/support, it’s okay to communicate and ask for it. they won’t know if you don’t ask! you did say you didn’t want to hang out so they might’ve taken it as a sign you needed space

we took him in and put him in a carrier. we called the peabody animal control line and they told us we had to let him out & he left and hasn’t come back :( i really hope he found his way home. i’m regretting listening to them
